„I joined Lufthansa InTouch Brno in 2006, just after moving to the Czech Republic with my family. I started my career working as a Customer Service Consultant on the Bulgarian market. A year later I was appointed Team Leader Deputy and in 2009 I became a Team Leader. I have learnt that my role is not only to motivate the team but also to do work that makes a difference in people’s lives. In 2018 I was selected to join the Client Programme Management team as an Operational Quality Consultant. In 2019 I became a Lead Team Leader, responsible for Operations of Polish, Romanian, Moldavian, Czech, Slovak, Balkan and Italian markets.“
I joined Lufthansa InTouch Brno in 2006 as a Customer Service Consultant on the Russian market. I gained experience in various areas such as general reservations, the frequent flyer programme and other projects and tasks. After several months I became a Team Leader. Since 2011 I am involved in quality related tasks. As a Quality Specialist I share knowledge and experience with the colleagues in order to help them fulfill our quality requirements. My job gives me the opportunity to learn new things and develop my skills. I like working with people in a multicultural environment.
I joined Lufthansa InTouch Brno in 2010 as a fresh graduate. I've gradually gained knowledge and experience working with General Reservations, Miles & More, Partner Plus Benefits, LH.com and Travel Agency support. In 2014 I accepted a challenge and became Deputy Team Leader of the Russian team and in 2018 I was promoted to a Team Leader. I’ve learnt to understand people and to find different approaches towards them. I enjoy working in our vivid multicultural environment.
