A Typical Day for a Customer Service Consultant

7:45 AM

Arrives at Work

Andrej arrives at work this morning looking forward to make someone’s day. This is his last day of Training, and he will finally have an opportunity to experience direct contact with Lufthansa customers!

8:10 AM

Final Product Test

Andrej is getting ready for his final product test. Before he starts handling passengers’ calls, he must show he is proficient with the product. Andrej is optimistic – after all, he studied really hard during the 4 weeks of Training.

11:00 AM

Coffee Break

Andrej finishes the test and heads to the kitchen to have coffee with a colleague from his team, Anna, who has been with Lufthansa InTouch for 1.5 years. Anna is always happy to share her experience with the new team mates.

Andrej is back in the Training room to hear the good news: He passed the final product test!
